CCLD Provider Information Notification (PIN)

Dear Parents,

We have received a notification from our State Licensing Agency regarding CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19), AND PREVENTION, CONTAINMENT, AND MITIGATION MEASURES. I have attached a copy of this PIN for everyone to reference. It is evident from this PIN and other statements made by our Governor that they are encouraging child care centers to stay open and provide care for those who are still delivering essential services and products to the public. We have reviewed the guidelines and will be implementing the prevention, containment and mitigation measures as suggested. We will continue to provide as many updates as needed to keep our community informed as circumstances change.

For now, we have cancelled all ancillary group events and programs through April including: Webby Dance, Soccer Shots, Casino Night, St. Jude Trike-A-Thon, Parent Teacher Conferences, Dress-Up Picture Day, etc... We will reschedule these events when appropriate. We have also closed our facility to the public and will not be accepting requests for tours, classroom observations or solicitation during this time. I would like to thank everyone for making sure they are not sending their children to school while ill. We will continue to be very strict about illness and making sure children are healthy when arriving to school for the day. Thank you also for making the adjustment and saying goodbye to your child at the door instead of going into the classroom, this will help us keep our environment clean and sanitary. We have increased the frequency of sanitation in all areas of the school, especially high touch and traffic areas. These are unprecedented times, but I would like to assure everyone that we are doing our best to mitigate the risk to our students and staff.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. We will continue to keep our community up to date regarding the school's status and what we are doing to meet the challenges of the ever changing recommendations and requirements.
